This one-of-a-kind German WWII K98 bayonet may not be the shiniest you'll find but I can guarantee it's one of the most unique that exists in the marketplace. This is a custom job featuring two different images of the German soldier that carried it through WWII. The standard issue bakelite handle has been upgraded to a clear plastic handle with casual photos of the soldier.
The markings on the blade read "6214 0" "43 fnj" and on the scabbard "5199 k."
There are three (two pictured) stamp markings on the handle that have what appears to be the eagle/swastika design above a marking that appears to read "WaA519."
This item includes the bayonet, scabbard and frog. Condition is good considering the 70+ year age. Frog leather is becoming fragile and there is some rust on the bayonet and scabbard.
